Henk: “I didn’t change anything in terms of dimensions, but on some points I gave the mini-library a bit of my own twist.
It turned out beautifully. Tight in the armored lank and white on the inside.
I still had the beautiful oak planks I used in the attic.
I gave the door a more luxurious look with real glass instead of plexiglass encased in aluminum strip and glass beads on the outside.
The recommended piano hinge was replaced by 2 sturdy hinges.
If you want to make this mini-library yourself, I recommend using these construction drawings.
It saves you a lot of measuring and calculating and you can get started right away.”
